The path from field to table is often a long one that can greatly effect the taste of the food! At A Toute Heure we are proud to highlight and showcase some of the best tastes, produce, and products of this local region! We are truly committed to working and sourcing local, seasonal ingredients whenever possible! Wherever they may be, ATH continues to find quality purveyors that share this same passion for great flavor and great ingredients. And, this means, that a meal enjoyed by you helps to support and encourage them too!

In addition, we believe that being as “green” as possible is another great way that we can contribute to our local community! We know and understand that our actions and waste have an effect on our local community and are committed to reducing this impact as much as possible! The bistro is thus housed in a restored 1930’s home in the rejuvenated Centennial Village neighborhood of Cranford. We have restored as much original material in the building as possible. The bistro recycles and reuses as much as possible: biodegradable paper materials are used for all take-out, food scraps are composted in Jack’s Run Gardens, cooking oil is given new life by local bio-diesel drivers, and green technology is employed throughout the building!
