ATH is the culmination of a lifelong love affair with food. Taking what little experience they had in the industry, and what great experience they had with food, the Carbines are really proud of what ATH has become. Each day and night is a wondrous experience as they watch the amazing food come forth, the diners enjoying, and the community growing. Andrea is first and foremost our “local source”! She works our own gardens, Jack’s Run, for 3 seasons of the year, and is our connection to local farmers, purveyors, and artisans. She starts each day at market, farm, or beyond, and ends each day in the dining room with our customers!

Kara Decker, Executive Chef

With ATH since the fall of 2007, Kara has been the Executive Chef and creative force behind the kitchen of ATH for quite some time now. She skillfully runs the kitchens and shapes the seasonal bounty into amazing dishes each day and night. In 2008, Kara was featured as one of the top 5 “Hot Chefs” of New Jersey, by Inside Jersey Magazine. In 2010 Kara was featured as “one to watch” in the Celebrity Chefs of New Jersey book released by Rutgers Press. A Cranford native, Kara previously worked at Chez Catherine and Le Fandy.
